MommyGuilt stems from that feeling that we get in the pit of our stomachs when we can't do everything that we need or want to do AND be with our children at the same time. This mom has two typical children and one child with Asperger's, and plenty of MommyGuilt to go around. This site is about life, motherhood, work rants, and ASD.

Good luck with the cut!
I wanted to let you know that you were not who I was referring to when I went on my rant. It's almost like it's fine for other asd moms to say it - but people who don't know "the life" can't say it ("it" being we were chosen)
Please do not think it was you - it was everyone else who doesn't know what it's like.
Funny how I took no offense when you posted it, but when a friend with a typical kid says it, my blood boils. LOL!
